Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment or wish to amend the services booked, please give 24 hours notice. Cancellations or alterations made with less notice than this shall incur a 100% charge.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late for your appointment, your treatment time maybe reduced out of courtesy for clients after you.

Medical Conditions

Please inform us if you are taking medication for any medical condition.

Pregnancy

Please inform us upon booking if pregnant, even if no one else knows.

Payment

Cash, credit or debit cards, we do not accept cheques or Diners Club.

Vouchers

These are available to purchase, they can be used for treatments and products. They are non-refundable and must be shown at the time of treatment. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.

Children

To comply with Health and Safety regulations and Insurance requirements, children under the age of 16 are not permitted into the salon unless they are having a treatment. Children under the age of 16 must have written consent and a parent present during treatment. Children between the ages of 16 to 17 must have
written parental/guardian consent prior to treatment.
